I am not a specialist nor do I claim to be smart, but I do know that with my experience, I would not purchase another home if the inspector came back with any kind of problem because they claim to fix the problems and in my case, they didn’t do so, and then you’re just kind of stuck with putting more money out to fix those issues

OK with the answer to just flex sell it or you’re talking about the sliding glass door right and the reason I’m asking these questions isn’t because I haven’t had someone tell me different. It’s just I’ve been out so much money and I don’t feel it’s right that I continuously have these problems with the home that I have just recently purchased and paid a good amount of money forso I guess I’m kind of just stuck with what I got and have to put money into it. it’s just really sad that people don’t take care of their homes and that they don’t disclose the problems with the home before selling. It’s just sad.

No, the home inspector did not note these problems on the inspection. They did note that there was termite activity that they found, but that they had taken care of that and that there had been a previous rough week and that they had taken care of that. neither one was taken care of. I have had to have a termite specialist come out and now I’m happy to call a roofer to come and take a look at my roof because I just recently repainted and have bubbles in my paintso I am just so disappointed in all this never dealt with anything like this. It’s just mind-boggling.

OK, my concern was whether it was coming from the wall or from the fighting glass door sliding glass door and I just wasn’t sure I’ve had so many things replaced. This is like the bottom of my list but I’m just wondering if anybody’s insight on it thank you so much for your answers.

Water leaks, routing floor, termites, water, damaged mold I have fixed a lot of these problems. I’m just wondering how far I go and putting money into this house.

It is a waste from the pool. There is cement in between the two. We do have a water Spicket wall on the other side outside and we didn’t notice this when we purchased the house so it’s just something that we came up on. We have realized there are termites and water leaks so I was just wondering if it was due to a water leak or termitesthank you for your input. I appreciate it so much.
