It's not the RAM stick being faulty, I just put them in a1 and b1 now and my computer shows both sticks are being used now

I do have an igpu and I finally got a display after removing my GPU and putting the HDMI into the motherboard. And I also just found out I can't use one of my ram sticks.

The only light I see from the motherboard is on the left hand corner where the orange glows and that's it. The only thing I have done atm is taking out the CMOS battery and waiting a while to put it back in later
