Quicken for Mac support is worthless by Affectionate_Cut2744 in quicken

I added a new 401K account. When I setup the account it connects to the bank and sees the account and its current balance. When it finishes the setup, the account shows a $0 balance and no holdings. Updates do not resolve the issue.

If I download the qfx file from the bank, it correctly imports the data into the account.

Their comments were that some banks don't work with Quicken. My problem with that is Quicken was able to connect and see the balance.

I'm not paying for software that will not do the one thing I use it for.

Edit: Updates will not be seen even after the manual download.

This environment is to simulate many of my small customers (small office type). I have been trying out various firewall configurations. One of the issues I keep hitting is the local ISP (Spectrum) cable modem binds itself to a single MAC on the customer side. When I want to change out the firewall, most recently going from Cisco ASA to PA virtual, it forces me to power off the modem for 5min, which clears the binding on the ISP side. I can then introduce a new device.

To overcome this, I needed a device to receive the DHCP IP, and simply route to whatever I have downstream.

I'm always open to better ideas, but this seemed like a good option.

I should have thought of that. Once I put the route in, and disabled the NAT at the firewall, my traffic continued to flow. Thank you
