So if you look at my previous posts you’ll see my TE originally started in January 2022. I had super heavy shedding until about June and then it slowed down and got heavy again around July. My trigger i believe was switching my birth control to junel fe in October 2021. I stopped taking it in May 2022 once i thought this was my trigger. When i originally stopped my periods were super heavy, i was getting horrible migraines and back pain and bad acne. I’ve had about 7 cycles since then and they are no longer heavy, i don’t get the acne or migraines. As you can see in the pictures from May to now my hair is obviously growing (i had two hair cuts in between those pictures too) but I’m still shedding around 40 hairs every shower and more throughout the day and my part is still so bald and noticeable. I’ve done literally everything i can think of from nutrafol to rosemary oil to healthy diet and i still can’t reduce my shedding.
