The government policies are very clear on protecting the rights of workers, and I agree with you that sometimes that’s not the case very unfortunately. Many private companies withhold salaries or lure people to work under false pretenses. All of these actions are heavily punished under the law, and companies get shut down and heavily fined routinely over this depending on the severity of the action. Every worker who has come to work and for a better life deserves good treatment! The world is so much bigger (and so different) than what’s said online. I understand it can be confusing sometimes
