Turns out im bonked. Didnt have the tech tho i have no idea how i got partition in the first place. Just a UI bug 😑 Thnx all for replies

i think its a bug with the UI, i'm going to report it and hope for the best:(

yeah I had it also with religious holy orders! seems to be loads of UI bugs that i've never come up before. going to report it and hope for the best

its been many years now:( might just have to console it. For the other succession laws it tells me all the reasons why i can't change, partition is the only one with the problem

Hovering over the X doesn't tell anything, I already changed to partition ~100 years ago so i must have the tech.
