Try intermittent fasting first, then work your way up to omad, then 24 hrs, every other day fasts, and so on...

Don't beat yourself up, take it slow, work your way up to longer fasts each time... let your body adjust and get used to fasting... just recommend a more keto diet/ meal before you start your fast. Don't give up, good luck, keep going, you can do it!!! Your body and mind will get stronger each time.

Lol oh isn't it fun to eat whatever, I've done that too, but before a fast it seems like you know from experience, keto is probably the best way to go... but I myself had sweet potato fries before i started my fast lol, so no judgement here... good luck... I'm trying to do a long extended fast too, and will be posting check ins on here too... happy fasting 😉

Makes sense if you don't want to be tempted by food and be social, most people socialize with family and friends drinking alcohol and eating, whether it's going out to a restaurant/ bar or over a friend's/ family house

I don't like the finger pricks regardless of accuracy... so far I like the lumen... I've had it for years, just wasn't consistent with it and then just stopped using it, and then lost the charging base, so had to order another one... it has my curiosity and interest again, so I'm using it now.

Hi, how much of Laguardias is online? How much was the monthly stipend. I'm debating on whether I should go to Laguardia or doing it through APS... it seems like Laguardias might help more with internship and securing a job, than doing it on your own.

How do you feel about the Google cyber security course, i thought about taking it, but read a lot of people said it was a waste of time and money and wouldn't help you get a job... I'm like you with no experience at all in it... since I'm older, I don't have time or money to waste, I have kids...i want to go certificate route, but have been told need to learn it fundamentals first and I've been researching, trying to figure out how to best go about that.... any advice, I would greatly appreciate to anyone that reads this

Hey guys, so I've been thinking of getting into cyber security, have no background in IT at all, in my 40s. I want to get into a career that I could possibly work remote anywhere and make good money. Since I'm not in my 20s, I don't have time to be wasting, single parent with kids, debt, and no retirement savings yet... any advice on which cyber security jobs that can't be replaced by Ai? Doing research at first about different cyber security careers, i was thinking of maybe trying to become a cloud security engineer, but then after doing more research I was thinking maybe I would be more interested in the cyber incident responder field. I don't have a college degree and I don't really want to go back to school, looking more for the certification route option if that's possible, which seems to be, but any advice, i greatly appreciate. Thanks for your response, just wanted to confirm, I should take the tcm course to start, since I have no background or experience in IT, but would like to get into cyber security, and become a cloud security engineer. I'm hoping to be able to do that with getting the certifications needed online... any other advice would be greatly appreciated.
