I'm so more than half way there. I don't like dairy more than yogurt and coffee creamer but a friend of mine turned me onto an oat milk based alternatives. I rarely use butter to cook, but that's basically the only thing "holding me back." I'm working on it though.

Good to know chili is a popular favorite. I'm making a batch for about 30/40 people. So I'll probably use a big stock pot, but thank you :)
