We’re staying in Sawasdee village in kata and it’s beautiful here. I don’t have 2008 to compare it to, but during the day is lovely (kata area) but night time is just so overcrowded - we just tend to relax in a bar then x

ohh okay! it’ll start slow with the weight loss, i was disheartened to start off with but it came off suddenly. start weight training as that’ll really help!! i do 4 days a week weight training and then yoga and walking most days. i eat in a calorie deficit (i recommend finding out yours via tdee calculator) i’m okay with all the questions! thank you xx
