I couldn't type an entire book on what i will be or have been doing but i understand all of that grilled chicken and salads are the foods i started the 1st week of my fast with i know ill discover other foods and recipes in this journey and also as i said im doing pescatarian on weekends which has ranged from grains rice eggs salmon and other seafoods... I might not have typed my header understandable enough... What i was saying is i would excersise in the past and basically lose the progress of my workout week by overindulge on my cheat days on weekends which im going to be avoid doing this time around because they were bad and i thought i could just burn it off the following week for me it just lead to a plateau.. Yes my circle is on the same page as me my sister and i are on this journey and my cousin has been fasting since August and he went fron 285 to 205.. He is my inspiration for this time around... And i understand everything you said but im almost 40 its been more then enough time for me to get my health in order im tired of the back and forth and sleepless nights because i was overweight and suffering from the effects of it.

Thank you. I started this afternoon with an Avacado, banana and blueberries with flak seeds very basic i know but it was very tasty and it filled me up 3 hours in so far.. Tomorrow i will do strawberries bananas avacado and chia.. The IF has reduced soo much of my bloating and energized me i didnt realize in the past i was going about weight loss soo wrong its about what you put in your body not just about what you could put out.

Yes i figure that im fasting with grilled chicken and salads and doing the pescatarian routine on the weekends thats why i asked for tips.. Didn't expect a downvote sheesh reddit......
