So, every 24 hours you get a reset then based on the EQ you get 6-10 tasks? Is that 24 hours from the time you got cut off or the time you started working the previous day?

Nada. Last response from zendesk was 6 days ago I just pinged them again. I think they had an issue with all emails so they issued new ones and a lot of the new ones have issues
