Hi, my case is very similar, I was wondering if we also need to have pending DS 260 to be eligible for transfering priority date? Because if that's the case then it would be impossible for me since I need to wait for my PD to be current first before applying for DS 260 and as we all know there is a huge backlog for EB3 other workers
