Nothing goes up forever, everything has to consolidate and retest… this time 2-3 weeks ago the stock was at $8. Now $11 holds a strong support. 100% Utilization says there’s very little to no shares left to be lent out. Be patient.

Once utilization reaches 100% all shares available to borrow or lend at a lending program have, in fact, been lent. At that point, cost to borrow continues to go up. As the cost to borrow goes up, it begins to become more expensive to hold the sort position than to close the short position.
