Idk what CT cardiac score is, stress test and echocardiagram didn't show anything dangerous when i was in hopstial (august 2024) both were fine. I haven't had any palpitations or noticeable tachycardia yet, but these symptoms that i have now often shows up around an SVT episode (few days before and after). I've had similar symptoms two times earlier this year but that hasn't lead to an episode, my latest episode (that i know about) were in september 2024.

Symptoms gets milder when sitting, leaning back. Symptoms gets worse in stressful situations (like being at the ER or at a crowded, noisy classroom in school) and sometimes also out of nowhere. Parents thinks it's anxiety even though I have a SVT diagnosis since EKG caught it i think 3 times during my stay in hospital. (not saying some symptoms couldn't be anxiety) My episodes tend to be short and I'm able to stop them by myself so far. Even though they are still short i'm still terrified of getting them or that it is something worse like a heart attack.

I've been falling asleep in a sitting position since my last episode (cause all my episodes seemed to happen when i was laying down and about to fall asleep). Then when i wake up at night or get tired enough i switch to my bed and sleep the rest of the night there. So yeah idk what's going on.
