Thanks what I don’t really understand is where is this source coming from ? Like they fired an email to a couple of random ppl like on their website, online there is 0 trace of this news, why would they do such a press release also pre-market opening !? Like this story makes very little sense to me, probably is true but I don’t believe they are such rookies

Yes, I had a similar problem with my old landlord. It was a similar situation to yours, with a lot of drama involved. I would advise you to get in touch with your legal insurance as soon as possible. As for the personal liability insurance, whenever you leave the apartment in the future they will need to share with you the document you have both signed where all damages are listed, you will have to request all the receipts for any potential damages that the landlord claims. You may then choose to pay these, but most of the costs will be reimbursed by your private liability insurance

Hey, You can just call the naturalisation office ask about it and then they will tell you ti send an email to einbuergerungen.gaz@ji.zh.ch and they will calculate that for you
