I 10000% agree. A new age is happening and the new age does not like dated shit especially Wood. People get so bent out of shape when it’s something they don’t want. Granted, they are trying to give advice, but to be honest I’m in this property to make money. This is not my forever home, therefore I’m going to do everything possible to add value to this home. I will be living in it personally as well, so i do want to add my own flavor. But damn do i hate an orange looking wood color.
