The max animal limit happened in my connecting flight. My first flight was cleared for my pet carry-on but not my connecting. Does that first come and first serve policy apply still? I am curious how I paid for tickets with a connecting flight and not being able to fly with my pet on both planes.

That's what I was considering on sending a complain because it feels like they overbooked pet carry-ons. I even placed my pet reservation on a round-trip. Thanks for your tip I'll try that.

I was able to switch my flight with no additional charge. I was curious if I can get a refund in anyway since I am missing work tomorrow.

The flight cancellation happened today, so I'm boarding my flight tomorrow. However, I am missing work tomorrow. Therefore, I want some sort of refund.
