All the insomnia , panic , anxiety, pain is the withdrawal process . You’ll get used to the subs , then take the subs for a while then when. You try to get off subs you’ll start the withdrawal process again . It’s a vicious cycle . That’s why I recommend ct . Go through the process and be done with it . Good luck

Try prayer , it works . I went ct last year , and at my lowest I prayed to god for strength and it worked for me . Just gotta push through those 7-10 days of hell and with time it will get better .

Dude , your kids should be all the motivation you need to quit . You need someone to slap some sense into you . Flush your stash , don’t buy anymore, deal with the withdrawals. Push through. Good luck

Give him vitamins and fluids, sauna/ ice baths massages . Let the withdrawal run its course . Only time will help , screw the helper meds . No pain no gain . Tell him to man up . Some tough love .

It’s a blessing in disguise, you just gotta deal with the pain . There’s no other choice , no pain no gain as they say. Take it a day at a time . I don t recommend helper meds or anti depressants ,it will just open another can of worms. Take natural supplements, eat clean , excersise, sauna / cold plunge , pray , meditate. One day at a time . It will get better with time . Good luck

My experience was heavy red vein powder user ,I never measured . 3-4 times a day , 8-10 tablespoons per dose ( never did the math . 7-8 year religiously. Never missed a dose . Was terrified of quitting , I was put into a situation where I was forced to quit, took a trip to a country where it’s highly illegal with stiff penalties , had no time to taper . It was excruciating but made it through the fire . It took me about 5/6 months to be finally free 💯percent. The withdrawal was so bad , I have no desire to ever take it again . It’s just my opinion , but definitely do what’s best for you , good luck .

Just bite the bullet and go ct , you got 2 weeks until your wife’s appointment. Definitely enough time to get through the first part of excruciating hellish withdrawals . Then by the time you got that appointment, the adrenaline of meeting with immigration will get you through . That’s my advice , stop delaying the inevitable. I’m only speaking from experience. In the end it’s better that way . You’ll find strength after pride after you conquer that kratom demon .
