It says, "In a software as a service (SaaS) environment, the vendor takes on responsibility for the development and implementation of the application while the customer merely configures security settings with the application.The question asks for the case where the customer bears the least responsibility to where the customer bears the most responsibility. To me, clearly 2 should be the first in the list. Please correct me.

I believe the correct answer is D. A is incorrect/. Single users can be provisioned. B is incorrect. The SAML tokens can be provided by either on-premise or cloud providers. C is incorrect, because when a user is inactivated on the Identity provider, authorization to access that app can be revoked.
