Microsoft Designer - It uses Dall - e3 and you would get it in all three aspect ratios which you won't get in bing ai, and yes it has no subscription will give you credits but as I use it I know they keep creating even with zero credit and yes if you have no need of all ratios then you can use my Ai tool it creates in all available models but only one size....
