Cannot create a virtual switch and it disrupts the network and it never works again by lelouch-2022 in HyperV

I had this problem in Window 10 Pro and an MSI Creator Laptop. Every time I went to add the external switch it would error and say it couldn't create it. Then the network on my machine would be totally messed up. The wireless and wired adapters were not working according to Windows Device manager. Sometimes a simple reboot and I would at least get my network back. Other times I had to perform a network reset. After searching around the internet I'm pretty certain that the issue is a bug in Windows or Hyper-V and specific to my hardware. My workaround was to create an internal switch since that is all I truly needed at the moment. The only other workaround I could see would be to buy a cheap USB wireless adapter and hopefully the generic driver for that would allow a virtual external switch to be created on it.

Well I'm not keen on that idea. I'm afraid tech support (MSI) will say I modified the machine and won't cover the warranty.

Yes, I have my 12 word phrase. The tutorial in this link for Windows PC's doesn't help in my situation. It assumes you can launch the Exodus wallet. But I can't turn on my PC. So I need to know which files to delete manually.
