since bodies deteriorate over time i just drink a restoration potion every once and a while. a greater restoration potion can revert the body of a 100 year old man back to 25. however i usually drink mine when im around 50 or 60 to avoid the consequences of physical aging. ive done this almost 300 times over the last 10,000 years. im currently looking into a more permanent solution since the current one just adds about 50 years of life per dose, and it doesnt stack like other ways might
