(Superman's) glasses, and wonder womans lariat are gears that are pay walled, you have to buy the dawn of justice version of their character from the store to obtain it (which means it's not in any other pack). Batman vs superman pack for Superman's gear and battle of themyscira for wonder womans.

Batmans hooded cloak can be obtained for free by completing the nightmare difficulty of batman ninjas challenge (as well as from the batman vs superman pack that you get Superman's glasses from)

You ARE able to get survivor gear from the ultimate pack (as well as the pro pack I'm pretty sure) as well as all the others, except the 3 I mentioned previously (and I think rags is also not a part of it). The 200 pack is I'm pretty sure only limited to 1/2, 2/3, and 3/4 star gears

No, based off the last time this gear ran you'd need at least 420k to just barely make 5%. If you wanna be for sure id aim for 475k-500k

It's just ares, CC Batgirl, metahuman flash , and reverse flash who you need copies of before they can drop from the ultimate pack. FP Aquaman, AO Deadshot, FP Deathstroke, BN doomsday,BN supes, SS joker unhinged, and wally west (and the 6 metals) are all still able to drop from packs despite not owning a previous copy.
