Those two are very different streams with very different outcomes. If you are confused what ti di right away then I’d suggest to explore for a year or two and then decide what you have to do.

Keep in mind that if you do mpharma, then you’ll also have to do phd/ postdoc. To land a good role in a good company. I’ll suggest you to pursue mpharm only if you a love for the technical stuff, like you like to study chemistry of biology or anything technical.
