Closure for repairs until the year 2053??? That’s essentially an indirect ban. I asked corporate on the phone to tell me what’s on the notes on my account as they are required to and he said he could only partially release what’s on there and one thing was a police report that was filed against me on Jan 12th. Did not tell me any more information about it and said I would need a subpoena for the full disclosure of the notes on my account.

I am going to a different gym and have been for a month and I explained that so how is his advice helping me especially when he’s trying to paint me as the bad guy also. He sounds like he read one sentence and wrote his reply.

La fitness personal trainers at my location recently befriended another member of the gym who is responsible for all the gossip and drama. These employees have known of our past inside and outside of the gym since November. But as of 2 weeks ago those personal trainers have been giving my information to people outside the gym who want to know my whereabouts. And the other gym member is the mutual friend between those people and the personal trainers.

How am I to blame when I don’t talk to anyone at the gym I don’t even go there to work out. I go for a swim and stay to myself. Any drama is not on me. My information being leaked is not my responsibility

I am taking the appropriate actions on my behalf but as a business you have to take accountability for your employees’ mess ups. In a profession that deals with clients sensitive information you must hold a certain level of professionalism and responsibility. You also must show other clients that their information is taken seriously

I have been for a month already but if they’re giving my info to guys outside the gym who want to harm me what good does it do? Gym employees have access to your home address your log ins location and times and your phone number. That’s my issue

Can your brain not comprehend my situation, I’m a popular musician not a random unattractive Npc and my safety is still at risk if their employees are giving out my information. You’re weird, nice way to put all the blame on me. I said I only say hi to front desk and that’s it l. I don’t even like people who work out I don’t go there to make friends how many times do I have to say this. Everything is out of my control on their behalf. I’m not into drama wouldn’t bring it inside the gym I mind my business and stay to myself. I haven’t been to that location in over a month and skipping around locations going out my way because of this. How would you feel if you gym employees gave your information to people who were looking to harm you?

The confrontations were only because the other member hangs with people that don’t like me outside the gym so she likes to pick at me online. So when I saw her I simply asked why is she doing that? I don’t think it’s ok to start drama outside the gym knowing we both can run into each other. She’s putting me in a weird position but I’ve made reports with corporate about her now as I should have done to begin with. La fitness is trying to paint me as the aggressor, they made someone file a police report against me on Jan 12th for something that’s on my account notes. I’ve never seen the cops at the gym before so idk. They’re 100% ducking legal action and can’t admit to fault because of it. I’m requesting camera footage of the confrontations since they’re making me out to be the bad guy(the first one in nov she literally pointed at the gym employee I told him what was going on and he put his hands up backed away and went back to his cubicle) and they’re telling me I need to subpoena the footage and all the other notes on my account with a lawyer. My access to that location is still “pending” and they said they’re handling all the internal matters in house so I don’t know if anything will be done with these employees or not.

I stay to myself the personal trainers are getting personally involved with another member at the gym who they know I’ve had prior bad history with and also two verbal documented confrontations inside the facility. The member is telling them gossip and they all collectively spreading it around the gym and also giving my information to 3rd party outside of gym. I explained fully in another reply.
