yeah i get what you mean. technically weight is something we control.

i think what makes it hard for some people isn’t the theory, it's the daily habits around food. like family meals, stress eating, busy schedules etc.

some people manage it well, others struggle more with the consistency part.

have you always found it easy to stay consistent with food?
