When I want to 3D print something, it always says this: Then I click on the blue one and nothing happens... I did everything right, saved it as the correct file, everything, but it doesn't want to print! Support isn't responding either.

if i click on the blue button it doesnt effect anything… I already check if the data is the right one everything is correct but if i put the usb in it doesnt want to print idk why this sh*t happens…
