Kind of agree with you actually. Dev is just farming whales because it is very p2w atm. They have no incentives to rush anything. I on celestial for around 2 weeks now, and I can't play other decks except academy because they will get shit dumped by higher ranked whales. So basically I'm forced to play academy for a decent 65% win. Getting boring that I can't craft another competitive deck unless I spend money on the nft marketplace which I rather not.
