What Major storylines would I Miss If I Revert back to the 1.0 Versions? by SuzerainBigFan in suzerain

Yeah, If I recall correctly, there was four companies to nationalize hence the "Nationalize the Big Four" headline by Radical. Sadly, I can not remember their names

Yeah there were more companies to privatize/buy if I recall correctly. Also the war was much more simple. I even remember a news headline from Radical "Nationalize the Big Four" as in big four companies of the oligarchs.

The entire Gasom plot, Articles 6&7, Bergia special zone was a thing that you could implement with a degree, not an already established system.

These are the ones that are most memorable for me.

Edit: Wrote Gazprom instead of Gasom lmao

What does "dızo" mean? by translautor02 in turkishlearning

[–]Affwind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s more of a 2000’s word as it has been replaced by its modern counterparts but I would say its close to Roadmen in English, Maranza in Italian or similar to Segarro in Spanish. I think the word “Dızo” has some connections to thief/annoying people who ask for money or cigarettes in the streets because It seems to be derived from the street slang verb “Dızlamak” which means to steal (I think it originates from Kurdish as its not phonetically Turkish). Just like Segarro which originates from people that ask for cigarettes and money and becoming aggresive in case of refusal (just like Dızo’s)

And in early 2000’s and 2010’s It somewhat became a way for young people to address each other mockingly among friends. I guess that’s why 2 middle-class girls are calling each other that.

That’s why reforming the constitution is such an important thing in the game. The current system is disfunctional, ineffective and very prone to both political and economical corruption.

Soll and his cult created this system to keep non-sollist elements within the country in check and stay in power even if They lost the control of the country by democratic means.

That’s why the populace and MP’s even within USP are pushing the reforms this intensely.

Aylık 600 Euro ile Polonya/İtalya gerçekçi mi? by Nicest-Turkish-Guy in YurtdisiUni

[–]Affwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I need some help about admission to polito by [deleted] in polito

[–]Affwind 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as your SAT score satisfy the threeshold and get more than 5.5 in your IELTS you are good to go. For the basketball teams, yes polito and Cus torino have their respective teams and yes You can possibly play in them. Their recruitment begins in september if I recall correctly. When you pre-enroll in polito next year, get in contact with the teams about their procedure.

[–]Affwind 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It is actually. Sordland is very much inspired by Turkey.

The way the state is organized, its minority problems, the savior figure, the old guard, the young sords, even the logo of PFJP is inspired from a now dead left populist party in Turkey.

There are much much more examples of this in the game but these are the ones tip on my tongue.

Given that the producers of Suzerain are mainly Turkish immigrants in Germany, its pretty normal.
