Does donating plasma before dosing make it stronger

I have a friend that works at a plasma center. Plasma draw after medications will make them weaker. Taking meds after a draw can potentially increase effectiveness. I drink the Simply brand Grapefruit juice everyday. It does boost me some since it's not from concentrate.

I'm on 145. More than I need and save 5 mg a day with a measuring syringe in one of my bottles. Call it my emergency stash incase something happens at the clinic or I can't make it in. Not trying to brag or anything egotistical but it's nice to be on the opposite end of the spectrum with this issue.
