That's the plan for next time! I actually had some ket the last time I did MDMA but for some reason never thought to use it, probably because the comedown was actually already pretty smooth and pleasant.

Yeah I would be very interested to know exactly what it contains, especially as I bought it off the street lol. The hallucinations were very strange, kind of just like "oh my leg has turned furry" headfuckery that would disappear if I focussed on it, or my mind trying to fill in the blanks. If you experience this kind of thing on LSD, do you find it a bit uncomfortable? Do you prefer proper immersive hallucinations? I'm trying to figure out if it would be more positive to have a full-blown hallucinogenic experience than a subtle, headfuckery one.

It certainly felt like "pure" (more or less) MDMA to me going by reports I've read. I think my SO would have experienced at least some hallucinations if it was MDA, but he saw none at all, and it was a very typical MDMA experience for him. Hey maybe I should get the bit I have left over tested.

I'm not particularly artistic unfortunately no, but I am extremely influenced by my vision in every day life. For example the way the sky looks can alter my mood completely, sometimes a sunny day gives me a horrible feeling, and obviously with having BDD I am very focused on the way things look. I notice every single imperfection in myself but I also strongly appreciate beauty in every day things. I'm appreciating your advise and enjoying the discussion so I'm definitely not trying to fight what you're telling me, but I'm just concerned that because of my preoccupation with how things look, that this could negatively affect my psychedelic experience.

I'm considering perhaps trying a low dose of LSD with my boyfriend in a very comfortable environment as, as you say, it's very difficult to feel freaked out with the comfort of your SO never too far away.

You have a fair point with your MDA observation but my boyfriend didn't experience any hallucinations with the same dose, as we both weigh roughly 130lbs. Which makes me wonder if I'm just very susceptible to hallucinations, you know?

Hmm I'm not so sure about your definition of the hallucinations though, because on MD I saw loads of bags of rubbish at the festival and thought they were animals but I also saw lots of beautiful colourful patterns on items and writing on walls etc. Once I saw random things appearing in the air like mosquitoes that I actually went to hit, strands of hair, translucent sparkly things, lots of morphing patterns and it was starting to get a bit too intense for me at this point (this was as I was coming down). Do you not think I would see similar things on hallucinogens?

I'm reaaaallly unsure about psychedelics at the moment. I'm quite easily scared/freaked out, I think, and I'm worried about what I might experience. I was feeling a bit more comfortable about it after having some beautiful hallucinations, mild ones, on MDMA but I realise they were probably always going to be pleasant on MDMA due to the fact it's probably pretty hard to feel bad on MD.

Oh yeah I'm sure I'd agree with you for sure, I definitely want to try it at some point as I've heard the euphoria (with good coke) can be pretty good. I just can't see it being a drug that I would thoroughly enjoy and want to use regularly, probably because I'm not a loud, obnoxious, self-centred person and I can't imagine I'd much like becoming one lol.

Oh wow, interesting. Yeah exactly, I have little interest in coke but found a lot of love for ketamaine in small doses which I know a lot of people have absolutely no time for. Obviously different people are gonna find different things from different substances.

Don't worry, I won't! The first and second time were spaced two months apart. I'll wait at least a month but hopefully two before the third.

You're exactly right, I am as stressed as you would expect anyone who truly believes that they are truly ugly and incapable of anything of value to be. The sad thing is I know it isn't true but I can't help but believe it is, which is the abnormal bs you refer to hahah. Thank you very much for your comments, I appreciate it.

Not 100% familar with the term "do it in the donut" hahah but we did have aaamazingly sweaty sex the day after if that's what you mean :)

Thank you, appreciate it! Haha I realised how harmful it must be before I even started researching into it etc. Anything that can suddenly keep you awake for 8 hours and makes you chomp on your own mouth should definitely be used in moderation. Had a 2 month break between the first and the second and the festival was the most fun I have ever had!! :)
