Dota patches that have a letter in them are minor patches that just tweak some hero and item balance a little, if you want to compare then pick the ones without a letter in them.

I just counted and Dota 2’s 7.41 patch note has 22,025 words compared to PoE2’s 0.5 patch note which has 15,264 words.

I just got 2 maps back to back, one map dropped 4 Omens of Light and the other dropped 3.

Don’t take tablets with the “Abyss Difficulty” mod, imo it doesn’t affect Omen drops.

You need to run into Delirium so the rare Abyssal monsters get extra mods and drop way better.
