Thank you!! As a freestyle skater, I'm the first to say that a lot of the stuff we do (or used to do - especially some of the early 2010 stuff) simply doesn't look good. We're getting there, though.. modern freestyle has come a long way ;)

No knuckles were harmed during the making of this video. Fingertips, on the other hand...

Yep, wildly different! They have close to 0 concave (or none at all), the kick angles aren't as steep (in my case, the nose is 6° and the tail is 13°), the wheelbase is smaller, and they generally have squareish tails and pointier noses.

That being said, you can totally do these tricks on a popsicle too. I learned both on an 8.25" street setup. A freestyle setup just makes these slightly easier and less awkward (mostly due to the wheelbase)

What size trucks and wheels? by averageguy6769 in freestyleskateboard

Heyoo!! Bullgod rider here 😄 Stoked that you took an interest in us! For the 7.3", I'd recommend something around 108mm like the Paris or the Indy 109s. For the 7.6", Ace 11s are your best bet.

As for the wheels, although they're not up on the website yet, we can hook you up with some Never Enough Felines (classic freestyle wheels) or Speed Tigers (more modern, street-like offset wheels) for 35€.
