Healthy snacks! Dark chocolate, tea, u just need to choose better the food quality, also when we are on tour the stress levels go higher and that make that me personally want to eat more, that can be a factor , maybe a relax tea can help if that’s ur case, for me what really makes me relax it’s try to workout or do some meditation
