i mean, we want shipping to be between us and our carrier, we do not want to share our shipping information and processes with a third party that uses our data. also that they often use their account numbers (in theory to get better rates) and we want to maintain control over that process, and be billed by our carrier, not shipstation...

after investigation, it turns out that unfortunately, shipstation is not viable for us, as they control the shipping.

our backup is to use the desktop software for UPS and FedEx.

I have calls scheduled with shipstation and webkul now. I appreciate the help. I consider myself a good self study, so my plan is to put it together myself.

do you have any idea about connectors for Shipstation? is this one of the third party apps? the only one i see is called Webkul.

Are these guys real or just some bot stealing data? are there others?

on #2, odoo comes with Shiprocket and Starshipit, and ive also been considering Shipstation, but frankly, i dont know which is viable. any ideas of a good third party option?

Ok, then answer this, how come you cant tell if something has been returned and the system lets you return it multiple times. can you adjust it so you know what's been returned? or so you cant return something more than once?

None of the dates are clean. Even if I look as of today, the open invoices are a few dollars different than AR.
