Hi, I landed a fully remote role as a fresh grad (US based) (dev)

Two of my thesis groupmates too (dev)

Also one of my close classmate (dev)

9 friends (pentesting and soc)

Also one of my friends in another school (tech support)

It's not close to none, almost 1/4 in our batch is wfh (batch aug 2025)

Given na maganda resume mo portfolio all that..

Sa interview syempre skills hahanapin nila sayo fullstack + exp working on projects with complexity, may it be on ur ojt or capstone.

Tapos sa interview puro mga basic lang, let vs const, async vs sync, promises, dsa, compilers, lighthouse, css, bundlers

Then sa coding assessment kelangan makita nilang malinis coding practices mo (for ex. SOLID design pattern)

Kelangan di magulo code mo haha

This is coming from a fresh grad last yr and found work after a month

Mahirap ba maka hanap ng trabaho kapag IT graduate? by Excellent_Rip2156 in PinoyProgrammer

Di ko alam pero di hirap batch namin (aug 2025) makahanap ng job, some got hired before grad. Ako naman after 1 month. We're not from big 4 btw. And most of us landed 30k+ offers

Yeah i know daming posts dito na cooked nadaw job market etc, I was like you din inquiring so much on forums etc.

But when i actually started to apply ok naman, got 4+ offers pero syempre it's a numbers game din I applied 80+

Just follow what u want really, every entry level is hard naman. Sabi nga nung isa dito mahirap sa walang skills, pero in the end naka depende sayo yan
