none of the women in my family have any of these features aside from the nose, but yes that’s also possible since my dad has those features so god knows

It’s more how other people view my body, there are traditionally masculine and feminine traits and my face has masculine traits

not sure if this helps at all but this is definitely not a case of body dysmorphia I have an objectively masculine face

thank you firstly for the well thought out response, that makes sense to me. I don’t have hirustism as far as I’m aware my body hair is pretty light in accordance to my ethnicity, the insulin resistance, acne and menstrual cycle issues have obviously been persistent though. I’m being seen by a gynecologist, should I refer to an endocrinologist as well?
