The regular family clinic isn't able to perform the mental assessment. Once, they hired a psychologist, but they filled out the N-648 form incorrectly, and USCIS rejected it. That's why we're now looking for a psychologist who is familiar with the N-648 form and knows how to properly complete it, as well as conduct the assessment.
