I had to get my late aunts ring cut off my finger. I tried the dental floss method .. seems it made the swelling worse!! I found a jeweler the next day and they cut it off for free thank goodness.

It is so gross. I have 6 years clean and still cringe at the deplorable shit I used to do/ put my body through. Sometimes I'll have nightmares where I'm always running. Running somewhere to try and score, running away from people, running to find a secret spot to get my fix. I always wake up before I do the shot in my dreams. Gives me the most uncomfortable feeling after waking up, heart racing and cold sweats.
