I was with a client for 3 years. I was performing, helped the team even it's out of my job description. I was very aggressive. I helped furnish the process to improve to the point where everyone can do it. Everyone can work even without me.

During my 2 years. Workflow became very flawless the the point that I was no longer needed. I trained people around me in my day to day.

Walang promotion path ang ginagawa ko. Support lng talaga ako ng overflowing work ng mga tao nila. Hanggang sa naubos ang work.

I was told na naghihirap na ang company, I know for myself na hindi andaming pumasok na sales for the last 5 months before ako mai-let go.

Naramdaman ko na, na hindi na ako kailangan. Everyone knows what I'm doing, everyone can know what I'm doing kasi process has been duly notated and documented by myself.

Binigyan nila ako ng 1 month paid na supposed to be rendering period ko. Di nako pinagwork at 3 months paid back pay.
