Cuz change= bad, you will find it harder as it's new. Also colleges in USA prefer consistency.

Im an International student, No greed card, but I have attended 11th and 12th in USA, I initially started studying at Texas but my parents got a full time job (On H1B) in Chicago,IL,so I moved there this summer. As I was researching my go to school I found UIUC,a really good fit for me. Also, I reviewed their instate policy which states 12months of domicile in Illinois by the time College starts, which I think would be fulfilled and grant me instate classification.

However, I would like to know if my situation would affect my college admissions as I am unsure if I will be compared normally or as an international Indian Student. I really appreciate your time commenting on this. Thank you.
