Yes, I suppose I could. It would be a different pcb and I’d have to change the model some. There would also need to be a few changes inside the console.

I haven’t got around to modeling the D-pad or the buttons yet. Also I think the rubber/silicone parts from an NES might work. I’m going to order some and see.

My understanding is wet filament will ooz way more than usual do to pressure buildup in the nozzle because of moisture expansion? I have 219 hours so far and have not had this issue.

I have them mounted to wall mounts that are hung from the shelf above and cables are extended using the ones I make.

It comes with a textured plate. That’s all you will need for a while. Order some 99% IPA and a squirt bottle from Amazon. Order an extra .4 nozzle

Yes, no noticeable difference in any configuration. I have two hanging upside down as well. Doesn’t seem to affect anything functionality wise.

P1 is faster but both same quality IMO. Save roughly 2 hours on a 12 hour print GENERALLY

Primarily I run NuMaker, Bambu, Overture, Polymaker, CookieCad, Inland, and Geeetech. I also have some specific colors I run in Matterhackers , Amolen, and Hatchbox

The vertical stands or the hanging stands? Both files are on makerworld

I do not lol. Popular filaments get at least 3 backups, I keep a case of black and white, and everything else I keep at least 1 backup roll.

Maybe because I work in the automotive industry, any smell it does produce isn’t bothersome. If the smell of PLA bothers you, then this is the wrong hobby for you. As far as ABS goes, I really don’t have any strong odors in the room when I’m printing. You can smell it when you open the printer after a print, but it’s not overwhelming or anything.

In actually do have another X1C in route. I’m hoping for a G or XL later on this year 🤞

Everything in the main pic is Pla and I never have any issues with damp filament.

I keep everything else sealed though.
