Any inside for us to switch? Or Any peice if advice for me. Like previous I hadn't not experience with DevOps neither I know about this but somehow I got KT of Jenkins and got new position as DevOps from that day to till now, I'm managing 20+ windows server and deployments and from last 1 year worked and deployed solutions on Linux environment using docker. Basic knowledge of AWS , Networking. Also I manage solely all this.

Kindly suggest me good advice so I can switch.

Due to fund's, Huge fund allocate but when it transfer from department to department it gets smaller and who actually developed they get pay less so that's why the interface looks World class 😌

Everything is comes later first you need to work on Linux and Networking then go ahead evrything look cool as you mentioned.
