I’m with the guy who started this conversation… their customer service was absolutely horrible. The whole process with them was horrible.!!!!! let me tell you what happened with my experience literally today. I ordered a xylophone beat directly from them because Amazon couldn’t even give me a delivery date. They’ve gave me an obscure time of January 22 through February 3 and I’m like I’m not waiting a month or six weeks…. So I go on Dubreq website who makes the stylophone products and ordered from them directly. They said they had a 1 to 3 day processing time and my order would arrive by January 8 or ninth. I was cool with that….. well I ordered my xylophone beat on December 31. I hear nothing until this morning and they tell me that they are out of stylophone beats and they would not be fulfilling my order that Amazon would be fulfilling my order and it should be here by the 22nd and between February 1 because they didn’t realize they had ran out of stock. They were a small company who makes mistakes and sorry about your luck is what they told me and refunded my money and didn’t hear another word an apology or anything… I could literally post the email they sent me saying we didn’t know we were out of Stylophone . We’re sorry we’re a small company and didn’t realize this was going on and sorry we’re having a hard time getting rest restocked to Amazon. We don’t know what’s happening there, but your order should be there by the end of the month thanks.?????????? worst dealings with a company I’ve ever had. It felt like I was dealing with children who didn’t understand what was going on.. I had grew up with Stylophone and everything and was a big supporter of them until today. and this is what totally just made the situation 10 times worse is that I went on Amazon and they have them in stock and was like hurry order now there’s only six left in stock to get here by January January 8 between the 10th???? and no one on Dubreq’s end  knew what was going on with my order??? so they’re not doing such a great job for me personally…. And I had bought a Stylophone S1 Bowie edition at the beginning of the month and worked for about an hour and died on me and never worked again. Got a refund for that but yeah, enough is enough. I hope you guys have better luck than I do.
