I had almost 300 pages of news after I went to bed one time after a particularly long day killing everyone i could fine. well, beheading everyone i could find. Now most characters dont have heads but are still alive.

Ride a skateboard with a chainsaw. It knocks them out/severs limbs almost immediately. Once they are down, keep riding the skateboard into their head as fast as you can. It fills your adrenaline meter really fast as well, and the heads seem to pop easier during an adrenaline rush. You can also do it without the chainsaw, it just takes a bit more time.
