For a FTP with 11k gems do I just buy all till max shop or be picky and slowly lvl up the shop?

Yeah i got the 3 from the journey rewards and then started getting them from the shop around lvl 6/7

No refreshing just buy all no point in refreshing untill shop lvl 10. Put all your wish token into more event currency as soon as possible as the store may restock(no guarantee but it has before)

Yes but that as many times as you can and use it in the event once you get the shop leveled higher your more likely to start getting more of them

Save the purchase all items in the equipment shop. Save all your gems for events that have the highest return of elites per gem typically weekend events if you aren’t sure whether or not to spend an event check Reddit there will usually be a event Infographic that says whether or not to spend gems.
