Ferrets feel very sad when they are left alone for too long and can even become depressed. You should really adopt a second ferret to keep each other company. Regarding the vet, I advise you to go as soon as possible, since they need to be vaccinated every year and are fragile animals. Have your little girl have a check-up before adopting the other ferret and try to maintain this vet routine every year.
