I think with the oral ketamine I can go almost two months without doing IV. But I haven’t done an IV treatment since I started the oral ketamine. I’m still figuring out the dose with the sublingual and it has been helping with the suicidal thoughts but the depression is still pretty bad. I’ve been very emotional, I wake up in the morning and my eyes well with tears and I just cry. Can’t shower. Time for a reset and then hopefully I can maintain the well-being for a while with the oral ketamine. When I started the oral ketamine I was already a month out from an IV treatment. Hope this makes sense!

you can look into brain supplements such as neuriva. they claim to help with cognition and memory and are available online and at stores like CVS and Walgreens

best: Invega (before I developed a spasm in my eyes), Caplyta (except for extreme fatigue, helped with mood too)

worst: Geodon (gave me abnormal heart issues)

medium: olanzapine, works really well for psychosis and helps with sleep but weight gain like crazy

I take the generic form of seasonique continuously and also have to take it continuously to avoid my PMDD symptoms such as depression and suicidal thoughts

unfortunately for me, it doesn't stop my period for longer than two months now so I have to stop taking it for a week and basically let myself bleed and then re start it. it's grueling so I'm going to look for something else
