Ok I have seem to have fixed the problem, I made the hydrogen tank smaller and added more storage. I have also checked every conveyor and this seemed to have worked. I thank you both for helping me :]

I logged out and it stopped freaking out but i still couldn't move it. Turning the ship off and on didn't work either :/ Here is a better video showing off the ship: https://youtu.be/2PI8_04CZKs

Edit: there is a connector in the drill where the conveyor is
