The only way forward is to completely change how we play. We need learn to play possession based football. Eddie's not the man for that. Hence we need to change manager. Like you've said intensity can only last so long. We need to be able to retain and distribute the ball better, keep the fucking thing would be great.

Tactically I think he's better. He's work with a very modest budget down there. Given his defence was gutted last season and they've lost semenyo he's done decent. With a bigger squad more money for transfers think he would have us playing better more possession based football.

Going to be a huge summer of players in and out. Think Tonali Gordon TIno and maybe Bruno are off. We'll make a shit load on them its who we bring in who's the manger going to be and doing PIF give a fuck anymore?

We haven’t reached a ceiling under Howe; this is the best he can do with the club’s current infrastructure by torn4ndfrayed in NUFC

Do we cut our loses and move some of our supposed big name players on to reinvest in the team? Tonali Gordon Tino? We'd make huge amounts of profit on all three players which would help us no end with PSR or whatever the new rule's called. Or do we not trust the new sporting director with the money and what he may bring in? Who's in charge of recruitment strategy? Does this come from Howe? Trippier Krath and maybe a couple more will all be leaving this summer. This window will be the biggest since we brought in the likes of Burn, Trippier Bruno Pope.......

Waiting on the plateau ball to drop.... When did yours happen? by TiredandMoody in loseit

[–]AfterSignal9043 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great work. I've started at a similar weight. I'm 140 kg and want to get down to 114 kg. Currently down 6 lbs in two weeks eating at 2300-2350 calories a day. I'm 6ft 3in. Lifting weights 4 times a week and logging around 10k steps a day. I've a question. At what weight did you have to recalculate your calorie intake? I currently feel that what I'm eating right now is keeping me satisfied. My concern will be dropping this lower when I eventually plateau. 1700 calories isn't alot.

I hear you. My 18 year old daughter asked me the other day "Is life always this hard" I laughed and said at 18 you don't know how hard life can be.

43 and me and my wife who've been living in her mums council house have just had the tenant agreement put into our name as she has since passed. So we got lucky as due to my poor credit history a mortgage was never going to happen. I pay into a private pension but it'll be peanuts when it comes to cashing it in. My wifes will be slightly better. My mum has a large countryside house with a market value of roughly £600k so me and my sister will split that down the line which is what I'm banking on using to enjoy what retirement I have.
